Key Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture reviews.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
Design and implement enterprise-grade OmniStudio solutions.
Develop and optimize Apex components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
14+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Minimum 4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
Strong expertise in Apex Development, including:
Triggers
Asynchronous Apex
Batch Apex
Queueable Apex
Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Hands-on experience with Integration Procedures and REST API integrations.
Solid understanding of:
Salesforce Data Model
Security Model
Sharing & Visibility
Performance Optimization
Experience designing and implementing Enterprise-Scale OmniStudio Solutions.
Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party and enterprise systems.
Robust knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using:
SFDX
Git
Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Qualification
Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, CTA, or equivalent).
Experience with large-scale Salesforce transformation projects.
Robust stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to mentor development teams and drive technical governance.
