Team Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate the travel sales team.
Assign daily leads and monitor follow-ups.
Ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries.
Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and productivity within the team.
Resolve customer escalations effectively.

Sales & Business Development
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Guide the team in converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
Handle high-value and complex customer queries.
Build solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Training & Coaching
Train recent team members on sales techniques and destination knowledge.
Conduct regular product and destination training sessions.
Monitor call quality, WhatsApp conversations, and email communication.
Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback.

Reporting & Operations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor CRM updates and ensure accurate lead management.
Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth booking execution.




Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in Travel Sales
