Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve technical and equipment-related issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
Attend customer complaints and provide effective technical solutions.
Ensure proper installation and functioning of equipment/machines.
Maintain service reports and documentation after every visit.
Coordinate with the internal technical/service team for issue resolution.
Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
Maintain valuable qualified relationships with customers.
Travel to different customer locations as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
