We're looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Business Development Executive to connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our growth consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.
Introduce IMARISE's services professionally and confidently.
Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the business development team.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Build positive relationships with potential clients.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or business development.




Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Robust follow-up and time management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
Knowledge of digital marketing or business services is an advantage.
Ability to handle objections and communicate value effectively.

Salary

₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum (CTC)
Performance-based incentives for achieving meeting and conversion targets.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
