We are hiring a professional and target-driven Punjabi & English Telecaller USA Process (Night Shift). In this role, you will connect with truck owners in the U.S. and generate leads for Sales team.
This role requires solid communication skills, a respectful approach, and the ability to represent the company professionally with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to truckers and owner-operators
Communicate clearly and professionally in Punjabi and/or English
Present services clearly in a polite and professional /manner
Generate and qualify leads by collecting accurate information
Handle objections calmly and professionally
Maintain CRM records and schedule follow-ups
Meet daily call targets (100+ calls/day) and performance KPIs
Qualifications
Fluent in Punjabi and/or English
Skilled and courteous communication skills (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Ideal Candidate
Well-mannered, polite, and respectful in communication
Educated and able to handle conversations with international clients
Patient, disciplined, and skilled on calls
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
