The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing bookings, managing client relationships, overseeing event operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive venue sales and revenue growth
Generate leads through partnerships and networking
Manage client inquiries, negotiations, and bookings
Oversee event execution and daily operations
Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and staff
Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in hospitality, events, banquet, or venue management
Solid sales, negotiation, and team management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
