Assist senior chefs (Commi 1) in food preparation and cooking activities.
Perform vegetable cutting, cleaning, marination, and mise en place efficiently.
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, workstations, and utensils at all times.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards strictly.
Store raw materials and ingredients properly as per kitchen guidelines.
Assist in dishwashing and proper waste disposal when required.
Handle kitchen equipment with care and report any damages or malfunctions.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
