Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Accounting
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS as applicable)
Manage general ledger, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
Costing & Inventory Management
Handle product costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization
Monitor inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG) and ensure accuracy
Work closely with production teams for cost control and efficiency
Taxation & Compliance
Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and audits
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry-specific norms
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Analyse deviations and provide actionable insights
Support management in strategic planning and decision-making
Internal Controls & Audit
Develop and monitor internal control systems
Coordinate internal and external audits




Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Working Capital Management
Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and banking relationships
Optimize working capital cycles in a manufacturing setup

Required Qualifications
CA (Chartered Accountant) – qualified
3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in chemicals/manufacturing industry)

Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting and costing
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and regulatory awareness
Positive communication and stakeholder management
