Customer Relationship & Business Management Inteligence (CRBMI)

Location: Rs Puram, Coimbatore

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship & Business Management Intelingence (CRBMI) Manager to lead Customer Relationship, MIS, Data Analytics, Telecalling, and Digital Marketing functions to drive business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the CRBM team, including MIS, Data, Telecalling, and Digital Marketing.
Monitor sales pipeline, customer performance, and business KPIs.
Develop and present dashboards using Power BI and business analytics tools.
Work with SAP/ERP systems to generate reports and support business decisions.
Improve customer experience, lead conversion, and customer retention.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless business execution.
Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, productivity,



and business processes.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate with 5–10 years of experience in CRM, Business Management, MIS, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and SAP/ERP systems is mandatory.
Positive understanding of CRM, dashboards, KPI reporting, and business analytics.
Robust leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Steel, Building Materials, Logistics, Distribution, Industrial Products, or B2B Organizations.

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: Best in the Industry + Performance Incentives.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
