We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive to build strong client relationships and ensure seamless communication throughout every project.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams.
Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management.
Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and deliverables.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




1–3 years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, Customer Success, or Account Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
