Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Lab Faculty to provide practical training, guide students during lab sessions, and ensure effective hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and lab-based training sessions for students.
Explain technical concepts through hands-on demonstrations and activities.
Prepare and organize lab exercises, assignments, and practical assessments.
Guide students in completing practical projects and activities.
Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain lab equipment, software, and learning resources.
Ensure proper lab discipline, safety, and operational standards.
Identify students' learning gaps and provide additional support.
Coordinate with academic and management teams regarding student progress.
Stay updated with current industry practices, tools, and technologies.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, Finance,



or a relevant field, depending on the subject.
Relevant experience in lab training, teaching, or industry is preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of the relevant subject.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Candidates with EdTech/training institute experience will be preferred.
