About the Role

Vaidik Edu Services is looking for a creative and growth-oriented Social Media Executive who has hands-on experience managing social media accounts, either their own or for a company/brand. We are seeking candidates who understand audience engagement, content creation, social media trends, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X(Twitter), and YouTube. • Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos. • Develop and maintain content calendars. • Monitor social media trends and suggest creative campaign ideas. • Engage with followers and build an active online community. • Track and analyze social media performance metrics. • Coordinate with internal teams to create content aligned with business objectives. • Research competitors and industry trends to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements




Experience managing a social media account (personal or professional). • Must have managed an account with 5,000+ followers and be able to showcase growth and engagement results. • Robust understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement. • Basic graphic design and video editing skills. • Familiarity with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools. • Solid communication and content-writing skills. • Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or community management. • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting. • Experience creating viral or high-engagement content. • Students, fresh graduates, and early-career specialists are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
