We are looking for an Assembly & Packing Supervisor to oversee assembly and packing operations in our solar components manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily assembly and packing activities.
Manage workers and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and packing requirements are met.
Monitor assembly processes, material usage, and finished products.
Conduct basic quality checks and resolve assembly/packing issues.
Maintain production and packing records.
Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Production, and Logistics teams.
Requirements
Graduation or above.
Electrical/Electronics background preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing, assembly, or production.
Positive understanding of electrical/electronic components and assembly processes.
Robust supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
