Role Overview:

We are looking for a agile skilled who can handle end-to-end client acquisition through bidding platforms, convert leads into business,



and ensure seamless project execution by coordinating with the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects via platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project scopes
Drive sales conversations, negotiate deals, and close business
Coordinate with developers/designers to ensure timely and quality delivery
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and handle client communication
Ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

Required Skills:
Experience in bidding platforms and lead generation
Robust understanding of software/web/mobile development projects
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic project management and coordination ability
Sales-driven mindset with ownership attitude

Preferred Experience:
2–5 years in IT sales / business development / project coordination
Exposure to fintech or SaaS products is a plus
