Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for a growing renewable energy company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, lead generation, social media, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
Generate and nurture quality leads through digital marketing channels
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
Monitor website performance, SEO, and online visibility
Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and relevant marketing tools
Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with content, design,



and sales teams to improve lead conversion
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation
Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns and optimizing ROI
Positive understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing analytics
Strong analytical and communication skills
Creative mindset with the ability to develop effective digital campaigns
Experience in the Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, Construction, or related industry will be an added advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
