Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Generate leads through networking, market research, and business development activities.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Develop strategic plans to expand into recent markets and business segments.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Represent Manju Group at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.




MBA is preferred.
3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve business growth and sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
