Job Description – Surgical Items Sales & Supply Executive

Position: Sales & Supply Executive – Surgical Items

Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell surgical, medical, and hospital-use products to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, doctors, and medical institutions.
Develop current customers and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
Generate sales enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
Coordinate the supply and timely delivery of surgical items to customers.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper customer records.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Monitor market prices, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales data.

Incentive Structure

Sales-based incentive: Incentive will be provided based on the total sales value achieved.





Incentive is applicable on eligible/realized sales as per company policy and may be subject to payment collection, returns, discounts, and product margins.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in surgical/medical product sales preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
Knowledge of the local medical/surgical market will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and willing to travel for customer visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and company policy
Incentive: Additional sales-based incentive as described above
Travel: As per company policy

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
