Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer to join our Pandikkad Campus. As a BDO, you will be responsible for promoting our courses and trainings, building relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate organizations, and generating admissions through effective marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities
Promote the institution's courses and training programs to prospective students.
Generate quality leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other organizations.
Conduct educational seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Meet monthly admission and business development targets.




Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and customer interactions using CRM or other reporting tools.
Identify recent business prospects and develop strategies to expand the institution's reach.
Represent the institution at educational fairs, exhibitions, and community events.

Requirements
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence prospective students and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel for promotional activities and institutional visits.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
