Key Responsibilities1. Conduct Yoga Sessions
Lead daily yoga classes for individuals or groups.
Teach various yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation).
Demonstrate correct postures and breathing techniques.
Program Planning
Design customized yoga programs based on participants’ needs.
Modify sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Incorporate relaxation and stress management techniques.
Health & Safety
Ensure secure practice environment during sessions.
Monitor participants to prevent injuries.
Provide guidance on limitations and contraindications.
Client Engagement
Motivate and encourage participants for regular practice.
Address individual concerns and fitness goals.
Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain attendance records of participants.
Track progress and provide feedback.
Share reports with management if required.
Hygiene & Discipline
Ensure cleanliness of yoga space and equipment.
Maintain discipline and decorum during sessions.
Key Skills Required
Solid knowledge of yoga techniques and philosophy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate and correct postures
Patience and motivational skills
Basic understanding of human anatomy and wellness
Qualifications
Certification in Yoga (e.g., Yoga Instructor Course / Diploma in Yoga)
Degree in Physical Education / Wellness (preferred)
Experience
1–3 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor
