Responsibilities:
Attend to customers and provide excellent service.
Handle orders, billing, and customer queries.
Coordinate with kitchen and counter teams.
Maintain product display, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Support sales and smooth outlet operations.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in bakery, café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
