Supervise mechanical maintenance technicians, fitters, welders, and contractors.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure high equipment availability and plant reliability.
Coordinate maintenance activities during plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
Monitor spare parts requirements and inventory.
Monitor the condition of pumps, compressors, conveyors, crushers, gearboxes, agitators, ball mills, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping, valves, and other refinery equipment.
Mentor and train maintenance personnel to improve technical competency.
Investigate equipment failures and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Review work orders and maintenance schedules using a CMMS (e.g., SAP/Maximo).
Ensure compliance with LOTO (Lock-Out/Tag-Out), Permit to Work (PTW), and other safety procedures.
Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Coordinate with Operations, Reliability, Planning, and Engineering teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance report.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
