We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the medicines/pharmaceutical segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals, and achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & onboard recent retail partners under Retailer Shakti
Drive sales targets & business growth in the assigned region
Build and manage a solid retailer network & relationships
Coordinate with field teams for smooth execution
Track performance & report market insights
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream);
2–5 years' experience in business development/field sales (Retail, FMCG, or Pharma preferred)
️ Bike with valid license mandatory & willingness to travel within Rangia
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
