Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in transportation, warehouse coordination, inventory management, dispatch planning, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of raw materials and finished products.
Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, warehouse teams, and production departments.
Maintain logistics documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and shipment records.
Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.
Optimize freight costs and improve logistics efficiency.
Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy.




Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Prepare logistics reports, MIS, and performance metrics.
Handle customer queries related to dispatches and deliveries.

Required Skills
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
Experience in transportation and dispatch planning.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–8 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain within the manufacturing sector.
Good understanding of inventory control and transportation management.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
