Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder responsible for generating new business opportunities through freelancing platforms and managing the complete bidding process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Guru, and other freelancing platforms.
Prepare and submit customized, compelling proposals based on client requirements.
Manage the complete bid/proposal process, from opportunity identification to submission and follow-up.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/business team to prepare suitable proposals.
Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into projects.
Maintain records of bids, proposals, responses, and project opportunities.
Achieve monthly bidding and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
Hands-on knowledge of Upwork and Guru or similar freelancing platforms.
Solid proposal writing and bid management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and create relevant proposals.
Experience in IT/software services bidding will be preferred.
Target-oriented, proactive, and positive at client follow-ups.
Benefits: 5-day working week + US shift allowance/perks + TA/transport facility.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
