Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify recent business opportunities, build solid customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).




Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required).

Salary

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and benefits, depending on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
