Job Responsibilities:
Schedule production batches and allocate manpower.
Coordinate raw material availability.
Monitor mixing, dispersion, and application processes.
Ensure coatings meet specifications for adhesion, gloss, durability, and finish.
Lead production operators and provide training.
Maintain discipline on the shop floor.
Enforce PPE usage and chemical handling protocols.
Implement lean practices to reduce waste.
Optimize production cycle times.
