Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement for residential construction projects.
Develop, evaluate, and manage vendors and supplier relationships.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications for procurement planning.
Finalize purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
Verify and finalize vendor bills in coordination with the Finance team.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, project managers, and site teams.
Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules.
Lead, mentor, and manage the purchase team.
Monitor inventory levels and material availability.




Prepare comparative statements (CS), rate analysis, and procurement MIS reports.
Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company procurement policies.
Resolve vendor, billing, and supply-related issues.
Identify prospects for value engineering and cost optimization.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
