Core Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Supervise and motivate the sales team.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
Handle billing, cash, and POS operations.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain operational standards.
Requirements
Qualification: Any degree/Diploma
Experience: Min 3 years in managerial role retail
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
