· Study the drawings and schedule of the project and do the planning of works at site.

· Prepare DSR (Daily Site Report)

· Make notes for every meeting (meeting with Structural consultants, Architects, MD etc.) in meeting minutes register and get it signed from the meeting participants and approved from Project Manager/Project Head.

· Ensure the quality of construction, material checking, shuttering, concrete and level checking.

· Prepare subcontractor's bills for payment

· Prepare measurement of each stages.

· Conduct weekly meeting every Saturday/ Monday morning

· Supervision of all works in site.

· Keeping & filing of site plan, permit & other certificates.

· Ensure sites are neat and clean

· Make notes for every meeting (meeting with Structural consultants, Architects, MD etc.)

· Coordinate with store keeper for recording of material consumption and reporting of labour etc.
