Preferably from Real Estate Industry. Location: Devanahalli (Bangalore North)
Getting the leads from the team and connecting with the customers
Greet & Meet the customers and explain about the projects
Customer follow up until they get onboarded
Core KRAs
Generate and qualify leads in coordination with marketing.
Conduct product presentations and prepare tailored proposals.
Negotiate pricing and close deals within agreed timelines.
Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and track KPIs.
Support training initiatives for junior sales staff.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
