We are looking for a results-driven HR Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source, reach out, and close candidates with existing business in the freight and logistics industry
Use LinkedIn and other platforms for effective outreach and recruitment
Arrange face-to-face meetings and drive the closing of top candidates
Meet demanding recruitment targets and business development goals
Build relationships with business partners and independent agents
Requirements:
Strong experience as an HR recruiter, especially in business development roles
Proven ability to recruit candidates who already have a book of business
Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and outreach skills
Solid closing skills—both online and in-person
Self-driven and able to handle a demanding, target-driven environment
Experience in the US logistics industry is a robust plus
