Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, HI CAD
Working knowledge of Lumion and Photoshop
Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Technical & Design Skills
Solid in planning and architectural designing
Ability to prepare presentations
Skilled in drawing preparation, including detailed working drawings
Experience in detailed drawing submissions
Regulatory Knowledge
Well versed with DCPR 2034 and local building regulations
Communication Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities
Role Expectation
Candidate should be capable of handling Architectural Drafting responsibilities independently
