Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide professional assistance to clients, visitors, and staff. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet clients and visitors professionally.
Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls.
Handle front-desk inquiries and provide basic information.
Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Receive and distribute courier, mail, and office documents.
Coordinate with different departments regarding visitors and appointments.
Maintain basic office records and documentation.
Handle WhatsApp messages, emails, and basic correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the management and office team.




Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Ensure a positive customer experience at the reception.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
Pleasant personality and skilled appearance.
Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Smart, punctual, responsible, and well-organized.
Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and professionally.

Salary

depending on experience and skills.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with good communication, professional dressing, confidence, customer-handling skills, and a positive attitude will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
