We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our growing e-commerce gifting service platform. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, ensuring a smooth shopping experience, and providing timely support through various communication channels.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with order tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and delivery-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Accurately update customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Availability to work on public holidays as per business requirements.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic computer proficiency in MS Office.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
