Shift Timing: 6 PM – 4 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a solid background in hiring across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US blue-collar positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews, offers, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding
Manage ATS, recruitment reports, and candidate records.
Stay updated on US labor market trends, hiring practices, and recruitment strategies.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
Understanding of the US job market and recruitment process.
Solid sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to US hiring practices, US job portals, and blue-collar recruitment.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary: (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
