This is a field touring role. Travel, food, and stay allowance shall be provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of Quick Oil Change Machines at customer locations
Provide machine operation training to workshop staff and technicians
Attend service and maintenance calls across assigned regions
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure smooth machine functioning
Maintain professional and cordial relationships with customers
Support customers with operational guidance and service-related assistance
Submit service reports and installation updates regularly
Coordinate with the technical team for service planning and spare requirements
Ensure safe handling and operation of equipment during service activities
Requirements:
Basic technical understanding of machines/equipment
Willingness to travel extensively
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work independently in field conditions
Prior field service experience will be preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
