We work with clients across domestic and international markets and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle B2B sales inquiries and customer communication
Manage leads generated through IndiaMART and Alibaba
Follow up with domestic and international clients
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Maintain robust customer relationships and provide timely support
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order processing
Prepare quotations and assist in export sales communication
Maintain sales records and client databases
Requirements:
Experience working on IndiaMART is mandatory
Experience working on Alibaba is mandatory
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle leads professionally and efficiently
B2B sales experience preferred
Export sales experience will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
