Care Management: Prescribe medication, outline therapeutic lifestyle changes, and manage long-term chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
Specialist Coordination: Refer patients to appropriate medical specialists when advanced care is necessary.
Record Keeping: Maintain exact, updated electronic health records of patient progress.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
