We are looking for an experienced Printer Repair Engineer to join our team in East of Kailash, Current Delhi. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in repairing and servicing A4 & A3 printers, including Color, Black & White, Multifunction, Inkjet, and Laser Printers. The candidate must be capable of independently handling on-site printer repairs and technical support.
Key Responsibilities :-
Repair and service A4 & A3 printers* of all major brands.
Diagnose and repair Color & Black & White Laser Printers.
Repair and maintain Multifunction Printers (MFPs).
Repair Inkjet Printers and Inkjet Print Heads.
Troubleshoot and repair DC Controller Boards and Formatter Cards.
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services at customer sites.
Identify hardware faults and carry out board-level repairs.
Maintain service reports and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Deliver skilled and efficient customer support during field visits.
Requirements :-
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in printer repair and maintenance.
Expertise in repairing:
A4 & A3 Printers
Color & Black & White Laser Printers
Multifunction Printers (MFPs)
Inkjet Printers & Inkjet Print Heads
DC Controller Boards
Formatter Cards
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently at customer sites.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for on-site service assignments.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
