Job Description: Location - Gurgaon - 3 days in a office out of all working day
Work closely with the technology team to develop, test, and deliver defined deliverables.
Maintain and prioritize a list of business requirements for future releases.
Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up calls to ensure alignment on priorities and blockers.
Create awareness around recent requirements and updates among the business and technical teams.
Drive change management activities – scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on actions.
Review and update walkthrough guides and SOPs.
Support audit preparations by documenting process changes, preparing evidence, and coordinating responses to audit queries.
Conduct user training sessions and office hours, including preparation and follow-up.
Handle user access approvals and guideline reviews.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 7- 10 years of relevant experience
