Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, corporate, and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers.
Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience hiring for retail, FMCG, or similar industries is preferred.
Solid sourcing and interviewing skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
Work location : Bangalore
Pay: ₹9,346.13 - ₹30,989.13 per month
