We are looking for a Sales Executive who can talk to customers, help them choose outfits, and manage bookings.
Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers
Understand customer requirements
Help customers select bridal & groom outfits
Explain rental, customization & buyback options
Manage trial appointments and fittings
Follow up with customers on WhatsApp & calls
Handle billing and booking entries
Coordinate with team for outfit handling and delivery
Give customers a valuable in-store experience
