Accessioning of samples for testing
Maintaining accuracy of entered data by checking and rechecking source document or the database
Attending phone calls of patients and coordinators of credit organizations
Handling queries related to samples received for analysis in a timely & qualified manner
To provide correct information pertaining to laboratory services.
To check and settle payments received through various payment modes (cash/cheque/Online)
Submitting daily payment reports to the finance personnel
Follow up with patients / Lab coordinators for outstanding payments
Checking & attending email queries
To maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all the medical records (no information will be shared or discussed without prior permission of the Doctor and the Reporting Manager)
Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager and consultants.

Pay: ₹9,786.99 - ₹28,219.86 per month
