About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee government construction projects from planning through successful execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction, robust leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing government infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of government construction projects.
Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Oversee project planning, site supervision, reporting, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site-level and operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Lead project teams and maintain effective coordination across departments.
Prepare project schedules, BOQs, progress reports, execution plans, and project documentation.

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Mandatory experience in handling government construction or infrastructure projects.
Robust knowledge of civil construction project planning and execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and site operations effectively.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
