Any Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields.

Salary

₹20000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues. The candidate will also assist in IT asset management, vendor coordination, and support manufacturing software and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and other hardware issues.
Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and application software.
Provide basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Manage data backup and restoration activities.
Support cloud storage and cloud-based applications.
Assist users in accessing government portals, public websites, online uploads, and digital services.
Coordinate and support all users across departments.
Troubleshoot and coordinate support for CAD/CAM, ANSI, and other manufacturing-related software and machines.




Monitor and follow IT security practices, including antivirus updates, patch management, and data protection.
Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and service support.
Maintain IT asset inventory and records.
Provide user training and basic IT awareness when required.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures.
Basic understanding of cloud computing and cloud storage.
Knowledge of IT security, patch management, and data protection practices.
Valuable communication and user support skills.
Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

Preferred Skills
Experience in a manufacturing workplace.
Exposure to CAD/CAM, CNC, ANSI, or manufacturing software applications.
Familiarity with ERP systems and production-related IT infrastructure.
