Lead the Client Servicing function by managing key client accounts and ensuring exceptional service throughout the event lifecycle.
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, understand their event objectives, and provide strategic event solutions.
Drive business growth by identifying new prospects, expanding existing accounts, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Vendor teams to ensure flawless planning and execution of events within agreed timelines and budgets.
Oversee event proposals, pitches, presentations, budgeting, and commercial negotiations to secure new business and maximize client value.
Handle client escalations, monitor project quality, and ensure every event is delivered to the highest standards while exceeding client expectations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Servicing team by setting performance goals, improving processes, and fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
