Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Dental Receptionist cum Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and be willing to assist both at the front desk and during dental procedures. Prior dental clinic experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reception & Administration
Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment enquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Collect consultation and treatment payments and issue bills.
Follow up with patients for pending treatments and review appointments.
Coordinate with dental laboratories for cases and deliveries.
Maintain daily appointment and collection reports.
Dental Assistant Duties
Prepare the treatment room before every procedure.
Assist the dentist during all dental procedures.
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
Keep instruments and materials ready for treatments.
Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and treatment areas.
Monitor stock of dental materials and inform management when supplies are low.
Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment. ()
Requirements
any gender candidates preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets/WhatsApp).
Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude.
Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.
Previous experience in a dental clinic is an added advantage.
