Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities through field visits, customer interactions, lead generation, and relationship building. Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits.
Meet prospective customers directly and explain the company’s products or services.
Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and direct customer interactions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers and convert leads into business.
Build and maintain solid relationships with current and existing customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Plan and execute field visits within the assigned territory.
Collect market information and provide feedback on customer requirements and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Submit regular sales and field activity reports to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Travel locally as required for regular field sales activities.
