About the Role: Own FLiCKA's international-facing social presence end-to-end — building a premium, aesthetic-first feed that positions the brand for a global (US-focused) beauty audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage the international Instagram page: content calendar, posting, stories, reels, and community engagement
Curate a cohesive, premium aesthetic — grid planning, colour story, moodboards — in line with global beauty brand standards
Create and adapt content: shoot/edit reels, write captions in a global brand voice, and rework India-page assets for an international audience
Track and jump on US/global beauty trends, sounds, and formats within 24–48 hours
Coordinate with the influencer team to repost and amplify USA creator content and UGC
Engage with international followers, creators, and beauty communities (comments, DMs,



collab requests) across US time zones
Report monthly on follower growth, reach, engagement rate, and top-performing content

Requirements:
1–3 years managing social media pages, preferably beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
Solid visual/aesthetic sense — grid curation and premium feed styling are non-negotiable; portfolio or pages handled mandatory
Excellent English copywriting for an international audience
Hands-on with Reels editing (CapCut/VN/InShot or Premiere), Canva/Photoshop basics
Deep familiarity with US beauty content trends, creators, and platform culture
Bonus: experience growing a page from scratch or handling an international/global handle

Pay: ₹20,026.17 - ₹40,000.00 per month
