We are looking for a motivated Flexo Production Process Engineer to support and operate flexographic printing processes. The role involves working on advanced printing machines, ensuring print quality, and supporting productive production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor flexographic printing machines
Work preferably on Gallus machines (RCS-330 / LM-440)
Ensure print quality, consistency, and production efficiency
Assist in job setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth production flow
Follow safety and quality standards during operations
Qualifications
Diploma / ITI in Printing Technology
Other diploma holders with relevant printing experience can also apply
1–4 years of relevant experience in printing operations
Skills & Knowledge Required
Basic understanding of flexographic printing
Anilox behaviour
Print cylinders and tools
Artwork layout (size, colours, Pantone, decoration) – preferred
Shade matching
Job changeover – preferred
Print substrates
Print sequences
Willingness to learn and grow in printing operations
No colour blindness
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in shift operations
Location
Dhanoli (approx. 15 km from Vapi, Daman & Silvassa; ~150 km from Surat/Mumbai)
Compensation
As per current CTC and industry standards
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
